What to include. If you are reporting a calculation that looks wrong, tell us the exact dates and inputs you used and the result you expected, so we can reproduce and fix it quickly. A short screenshot helps too.

Response time. We read every message but may not reply to each one, especially generic notes. If your message describes a clear bug with steps to reproduce, you will usually hear back faster.

What we cannot help with. For anything official — legal, payroll, government or medical — please use the proper authority or document; we cannot provide those, and a calculator result is never a substitute for an official record.
